These classic cocktail recipes are the foundation of bartending. They set the standards that still apply today. Bartenders everywhere know, how important the classics are to their repetoire. These recipes allow you to make over 1200 different drinks (excluding On The Rocks, Frappé and Highball).

Included with each recipe is a list of "Suggested Alcoholic Ingredients". The alcoholic ingredient used in the recipe will complete the name of the cocktail. An Alexander made with Brandy is a "Brandy Alexander".

That's how professional bartenders remember so many drinks!

Cheers and good health!
