Classic cocktails, Cobbler & Collins

The Collins

In a collins glass full of ice add:
    1 teaspoon fruit sugar
    1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) lemon juice
    1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) Spirit or Liqueur
         or
    2 1/2 oz. (70 ml.) Fortified Wine or Wine
Serve with club soda on the side.
Decorate with 1/2 slice of lemon, 1/2 slice of orange, a cherry and a stir stick.

The Cobbler In a zombie glass full of shaved ice add: 1 teaspoon fruit sugar 1/2 oz. (14 ml.) orange Curaçao 1 1/2 oz. (42 ml.) Spirit or 2 oz. (56 ml.) Liqueur or 2 1/2 oz. (70 ml.) Fortified Wine or Wine Top with club soda and stir gently with a stir stick. Decorate with 1/2 slice orange, a cherry skewered with a pick and 2 tall straws.
