The Fizz

In a shaker 1/2 full of ice add:
    1 teaspoon fruit sugar
    1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) lemon juice
    1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) Spirit
        or
    1 3/4 oz. (49ml.) Liqueur
        or
    2 1/2 oz. (70 ml.) Fortified Wine or Wine
Shake vigorously and pour into a collins glass. Fill with club soda and decorate with 1/2 slice of lemon, 1/2 slice of orange, a cherry and 2 tall straws.

The Flip

In a shaker 2/3 full of ice add:
    1 teaspoon fruit sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) Spirit
        or
    2 oz. (56 ml.) Liqueur
        or
    2 1/2 oz. (70 ml.) Fortified Wine or Wine
Shake vigorously and strain into a sour glass. Decorate with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
