The Frappé In a cocktail glass full of crushed ice add: 1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) Spirit or 2 oz. (56 ml.) Liqueur or Fortified Wine Decorate with 2 short straws.

The Gimlet In a shaker 2/3 full of ice add: 1 teaspoon fruit sugar 1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) lemon juice 1/4 oz. (7 ml.) Triple Sec 1 1/4 oz. (35 ml.) Spirit, Liqueur or Fortified Wine Shake vigorously and strain into a Champagne glass. Decorate with 1/2 slice of lemon and a cherry skewered with a pick.
